1921	Founder, Mr. Hiroshi Homma started production of files for saws in Tsubame City, Niigata, Japan
1953	Incorporated to Homma Hiroshi Yasuri Mfg. Co., Ltd. Mr. Masao Homma was appointed senior director.
1963	In addition to producing files, set up the 2nd factory for manufacturing metallic tableware.
1965	Initiated production of gardening and forestry equipment
1966	Company name was changed to HONKO MFG. CO., LTD.
1972	Completed construction of head office and 2 factories at present place
1974	Achieved annual turnover of over 1 billion yen.
1977	Achieved annual turnover of over 2 billion yen.
1980	Completed construction of No. 5 factoryInitiated production of electric gardening and household equipment.
1982	Achieved annual turnover of over 3 billion yen.
1983	Installed press-robot-manufacturing line. Started supply of electric sprayers to Black & Decker in USA.
1985	Started representation of consumer items made in USA & W. Germany.
1990	Achieved annual turnover of over 4 billion yen.
1995	Completed construction of No. 6 factory.
1996	Open a branch in Tokyo Set up welding robot-manufacturing line.
1997	Completed construction of No. 7 factory. Achieved annual turnover of over 5 billion yen. Started accepting trainees from Indonesia
1999	Mr. Shogo Homma is appointed as a senior director
